About Jenna

Jenna Jowers founded Palm Beach Heirlooms in 2022, but the story started in 2020.

At the peak of the COVID lockdown, Jenna was at home in Boca Raton taking care of her grandmother. Up late one night watching the world shut down, she fell down a rabbit hole onto gem auctions- quality you simply can't get in retail.

She ordered three stones just to see.

When they arrived, they were more amazing in person than on screen. She took them to the Diamond District to have them looked at. The jeweler's eyes lit up. He looked up and asked, "Where did you get these?"

That was the moment.

She found a private jeweler to set them, and what started as a hobby - a way to diversify and hedge an investment portfolio - turned into something else. The stones not only held their value, but they also appreciated. The custom pieces sold. But more than that, she fell in love with the work itself.

After decades in people management and business consulting, jewelry was quiet. It was simple, detailed, creative, and therapeutic. One stone, one setting, one story, not a thousand moving pieces.
